A design of customer care portal to fit the needs of call centre representatives in the Netherlands.
This system was designed in conjuction with the client over the course of 7 workshops and two on-site observational sessions. Currently 5 different softwares and a plethora of excel sheets are used to help callers and the need for the new system to combine the functionality of softwares currently used and create a holistic system to help representatives be more efficient and help callers with ease in preparation for the new transport system.
