TERGOOI INTENSIVE CARE JOURNEY MAPPING
42TECH were asked to explore the current journeys that exist in the Intensive Care Unit at Tergooi Hospital to highlight pain points and to explore possible solutions to decrease the negative emotions associated with certain points in the process.
Through observations and interviews with patients, nurses, and visitors at the Intensive Care Unit, their journeys are mapped. To improve their journeys, improvements are suggested at the bottom of their respective posters. These improvements are inspired by the negative points of the journey and include both physical and digital devices. The expected effect on the journey itself is also highlighted should the proposed improvements be implemented.
