WHAT WE WORKED ON LAST QUARTER
Customer Journeys for Five Patient Profiles 42Tech has been engaged to build an ‘Interactive E-Health Lab’. The Interactive tours will be based upon the treatment plans for five different types of patients. The Patient profiles and their customer journeys were created by evaluating the current patient experience and identifying areas where e-health innovations could support positive change. This information was collected with a context mapping study for patients and creative sessions with health care professionals.
Account Based Ticketing Lab Using a cloud based account in conjunction with smart ID based ticketing for public transport has a lot of benefits for almost all Public Transport stakeholders. 42Tech is an expert in this field and designed the an ABT Demo Room for Transport for Ireland in Dublin, to actively tangibly involve stakeholders, through the provision of and interaction with predefined demos. These demos serve to seed concepts and start discussions among stakeholders on how best to think about and orchestrate deployment among stakeholders of key ABT features into the current Leap card ticketing acceptance network.
Smart City Tourist Bucketlists. Creation of the concept prototype for a tailored tourist sightseeing service. Featuring an innovative and intuitive way for tourists (in Amsterdam, for now) to browse, plan and share the highlights of their trip. Museum Donation Station. Creation and placement of a multimedia – multi sensor interactive video wall in the main lobby of a major museum in London. The installation recognizes and interacts with approaching visitors to secure a donation for the museum visit via contactless payment terminal.
